Far Out 1
Far Out™ (1989) - The legendary 16-bit sci-fi snowboarding title for the TurboGrafx-16 console that NEVER EXISTED. 💿🏂 My new album “Far Out 1” tells the story of this legendary non-existent game through its neo-synthwave soundtrack - a blistering 15-song ride filled with brutal synths, slicing guitars, and moody sax 🎷solos through a world of endless steeps 🏔️, otherworldly ascents 🌋, and races to the death 🔪.
The year is 1989. While ripping far out in the Alaskan backcountry, Max - a prodigy snowboarder on the verge of turning pro - makes a rare mistake and plunges violently into a glowing crevasse. Realizing he survived the extreme fall unhurt, Max discovers the light is coming from a strange, ice-encrusted portal deep within the massive pit. With no options left for rescue, Max hurls himself into the portal - beaming him to a savage ice world under a dying red sun, where he must compete for his survival in hopes of finding the portal home.
